Booking

Credit Card Required for Reservations


To ensure efficient scheduling and reduce no-shows, we require a valid credit card at the
time of booking.


● Guarantee: Your card holds your spot, allowing us to prepare for your service.

● Security: All card data is encrypted and securely stored.

● No Advance Charge: We do not charge at the time of booking. Payment is due at
the appointment or if cancellation policy is violated.

 

Cancellations

Please respect our time and that of our team.


Individual appointments: Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.


Packages or multiple services: Cancel with 48 hours’ notice.


● No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the service

Same-Day Appointments

We require at least a 2-hour notice to cancel or reschedule same-day bookings.
Failure to notify will result in a full service charge

Arrival Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, change, and enjoy a calm beginning to your
service.


Late arrivals may result in shortened services without discounts or refunds.

Group Bookings

Planning a spa day with friends?


● Groups of 4 or more require a party room reservation.


● Please book in advance.


● Cancellations for groups must be made at least 3 days prior to avoid charges.

Beverage Policy

Enjoy up to 2 complimentary alcoholic beverages.


We also offer coffee, tea, and infused water.


Additional drinks are available for purchase.

Gift Certificates

Non-refundable and treated like cash.

Lost/stolen cards cannot be replaced.

No expiration, valid until used.

● Must present gift card with valid ID at time of use.

 

Late Arrival

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but services will end at the scheduled time.
We cannot extend or refund missed time

Spa Amenities

We provide robes, sandals, and lockers.


Please wear provided items in public spa areas.


Leave valuables at home—we are not responsible for lost/stolen items.

Skin Care Product Return Policy

Due to the medical-grade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We offer consultations and samples to help you choose the right product.
