You’ll receive a plush robe, sandals, and a secure locker. For most services, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and leaving valuables at home.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard treatments like facials and massages. For group bookings or specialty services, such as body wraps or hot stone massages, booking 3 weeks ahead is ideal. Weekend and holiday times fill quickly, so early scheduling ensures your preferred time and provider.
Do you offer packages for special occasions?
Yes! We offer customizable group spa packages for birthdays, bridal parties, or friends’ wellness days. Groups of 4 or more require advance booking and a party room reservation. Group cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to avoid charges. Our concierge can help tailor your experience with curated treatments, add-ons, and light refreshments.

At Veda Luxe, we proudly feature medical-grade, scientifically-proven skincare lines including SkinCeuticals, Eminence Organic Skin Care, and our exclusive Veda Luxe private label formulated specifically for Northern California’s climate conditions. Our curated selection includes specialized products suitable for treating hyperpigmentation, rosacea, acne, aging concerns, and sensitive skin. After your service, your provider will create a personalized skincare regimen with detailed morning and evening protocols specifically suited to your skin’s unique needs and concerns.
Is there a minimum age requirement for spa services?
Yes. Guests must be 18 years or older for most treatments. Select teen facials may be available for clients aged 13-17 with parental consent and presence. For safety and compliance, we do not serve clients under age 13.
